On this private residential project in Kensington, Dyfed supplied and installed 600m2 of 260mm x 20mm Prime Grade Oak. This was finished with a bespoke oil which we created for the client to match up to their joinery throughout the property. This was installed using a brick bond pattern, using polymer adhesive to bond the timber to the subfloor.
On the ground floor, we supplied and installed 100m2 of battens and plywood to level the subfloor. We also supplied and installed 40 solid oak treads and risers to the main staircase, and a further 48 solid oak treads to the spiral staircase at the rear of the property.
