Finish Clear Polyurethane Lacquer

This project is a conversion of a disused department store build into office spaces set over 3 floors.
We supplied over 1000m2 of reclaimed solid pine boards which we used to repair damaged board and installed into areas where there were not previously timber floors. We then sanded and refinished all the reclaimed and existing timber flooring throughout. With over 4400m2 set over 3 floors it meant we could get multiple areas finished at a time.
We finished the floors with 3 coats of clear polyurethane lacquer. We manufactured treads and risers from reclaimed pine, then installed on site on various floors with C.A.T. trims to create better access from area to area. We also refinished the main staircase throughout the building whilst carrying out repairs to the treads and risers where needed.
On top of this, we also supplied and installed 200m2 of new engineered oak to the retail area on the ground floor.
