Dyfed Richards is proud to have been involved in a prestigious project which has won an impressive Award. ‘The Nest’ a commercial workspace of 8,611 sq ft is situated on Beak Street in Soho, London and won the award for Projects up to 1500m2.

The retro fit-out of The Nest and part new-build breathed new life into the unique Georgian warehouse buildings. Designed with flexible internal and external areas that are in keeping with its industrial heritage, the existing brickwork and exposed timber beams are complemented by the vertical tongue and grooved timber walls installed by Dyfed Richards. This created a modern, stylish and opulent finish.

The British Council for Offices, known as BCO, has a mission to research, develop and communicate best practice in all aspects of the office sector. All membership organisations have an involvement in the creation, acquisition or occupation of office space. They include architects and lawyers to surveyors and financial institutions or public agencies.
